Mrs. Josephine Forman
  Will Be Buried in
    Drywood Wednesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Forman, whose death occurred in this city at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon, will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Joseph Roshell in Drywood, and interment will take place in the Bohemian Cemetery in Drywood.  Rev. R. H. Maddock of the Cadott Methodist Church will conduct the services.  The remains will be in state at the Hinterberg Funeral Home in Cadott until the hour of the funeral.

Mrs. Forman was born in Bohemia in 1862 and at the age of 19 years was married to Joseph Koskuba.  They resided at Marshalltown, Iowa, about 30 years before coming to this part of the country where they located on a farm in Drywood.  A few years after the death of Mr. Koskuba, Mrs. Koskuba was married in Chippewa Falls to John Forman, whose death occurred eights years ago.  Since their marriage they have resided alternating between Drywood and this city.  No children were born to the latter marriage.

Surviving relatives are three daughters and five sons as follows: Mrs. William Lazina, Mrs. Joe Roshell of Cadott, Mrs. Emil Kallena, Darwin, Iowa, Joe Koskuba, Marshalltown, Iowa, Mike Koskuba, Milwaukee, James Koskuba, Holland, Mich., Fred and Frank Koskuba, Chippewa Falls.  All of the children have arrived for the funeral.

Mrs. Forman's death followed an illness of six months' duration.
