Moucha
Elizabeth Moucha, 73, a resident of the Town of Arthur, died Monday afternoon, Jan. 9, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Chippewa Falls. She was born Jan. 28, 1910 in the Town of Reseburg, the daughter of Meta (Frese) and Arthur Seaman. Elizabeth grew up in Reseburg and attended Fisher School. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Edward Moucha on Nov. 6, 1929 in St. Paul, Minn. They lived and farmed in Arthur. She was a member of Z.C.B.J. Lodge. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Lorretta, in infancy, one brother and two grandchildren. Surviving are her husband; five sons, Marvin Moucha of Elmira, N.Y., and Gene, Arthur, Kenneth and Robert Moucha, all of rural Cadott; two daughters, Helen (Mrs. Earl) Melville of Chippewa Falls and Shirley (Mrs. David) Moucha of Arthur; two brothers, Milton Seaman of Withee and Harvey Seaman of Thorp; two sisters, Ann Burroughs of Martin, Ga. and Laura Anderson of Thorp; 30 grandchildren; and five great-granddaughters. A funeral service will be held 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Leiser Funeral Home, Cadott. The Rev. Calvin Carey will officiate. Spring interment will be Bohemian Cemetery, Cadott. Friends may call 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and prior to the service Thursday at the funeral home. |
