John A. 'Jack' Nesvacil
John A. “Jack” Nesvacil, 93, of Cadott passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls on Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2008, following a short illness. He was born on Oct. 9, 1915, in Irving, Kan. the son of John and Mary (Sindelar) Nesvacil. His family moved to Cadott in 1927. John was united in marriage to Margaret Kysilko on June 5, 1941, in Cornell. They lived and farmed in the town of Arthur for many years. Jack was the assessor for the Arthur township for many years and was also employed as an electrician for 62 years in the Cadott area. He and Margaret enjoyed farming, the outdoors, traveling and going on fishing trips together. Jack also loved to hunt, especially Moose in Canada. Margaret preceded him in death on Oct. 5, 2002, Jack then moved to Cadott in 2004. There he enjoyed having coffee and shaking dice with his friends. John is survived by: several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law Delores Kysilko of Chippewa Falls. He was preceded in death by: his wife Margaret; his parents; sisters, Mary Larson, Rose LeTendre and Anna Roshell; brothers, Frank, Joseph and William Nesvacil; nephew Norbert Nesvacil; and brother-in-law George Kysilko. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 27 at the Leiser Funeral Home in Cadott with Rev. George Olinske officiating. Interment will follow services at the Bohemian National Cemetery, town of Arthur. Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Oct 26 and also one hour before services on Monday at the Leiser Funeral Home. |
