Cause of death was pneumonia. Funeral services were held Jan 12 1937 from the home under the auspices of the ZCBJ Lodge with William Buresh in charge. Joseph was laid to rest Jan 12 1937 in the Bohemian National Cemetery, Town of Arthur, Chippewa County, Wisconsin.139
Joseph married Emma Koskuba Feb 10 1902 in Marshalltown, Marshall County, Iowa. They had six children: Fredrick (b.1902), Josephine (b.1904), William (b.1906), Joseph (b.1909), Theodore (b.1915) and Emma (b.1923).
Emma Koskuba was born Nov 22 1885 in Ferguson, Iowa. She died May 11 1953 at St. Joseph's Hospital, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin after 67 years, 5 months and 19 days of life. Cause of death was heart attack. Funeral services were held May 14 1953 at the Leiser Funeral Home, Cadott, Wisconsin, with Rev. C. O. Johnson and William Buresh Sr. officiating. Emma was laid to rest May 14 1953 in the Bohemian National Cemetery, Town of Arthur, Chippewa County, Wisconsin.136
Joseph and Emma were charter members of the ZCBJ Lodge.
