Matilde "Matilda" Morel, daughter of Joseph Morel and Dorotheé Mondoux, was born in Canada circa 1832. She married Michel Lincourt November 13 1855 in the parish of St-Michel d'Yamaska, Québec, Canada. Matilda died October 18 1907 after 91 years and 8 months of life. She was laid to rest in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Boyd, Wisconsin.
